At SkandaLab Software Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality education. We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to withdraw from a course. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to all students while maintaining the integrity of our programs.
Students are eligible for a full refund of course fees if a written withdrawal request is submitted within 7 days of the course start date. The request must be sent to info@skandalab.online with the subject line "Course Withdrawal Request" and must include your full name, course name, and reason for withdrawal.
Students who withdraw between 8 and 14 days after the course start date are eligible for a 50% refund of the course fee. After 14 days from the course start date, no refunds will be provided.
If SkandaLab cancels a course for any reason, students will receive a full refund of all fees paid for that course. Alternatively, students may choose to transfer to another course of equal value or receive credit for a future course.
The following items are non-refundable:
Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the initial purchase. For payments made by credit/debit card, refunds may take an additional 5-7 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer's policies.
In cases of serious illness, family emergency, or other extenuating circumstances that prevent a student from continuing a course, SkandaLab may, at its discretion, offer a credit for a future course or a partial refund beyond the standard refund period. Documentation supporting the special circumstance must be provided.
